Catering to Adult Learning and Learner engagement for Human Performance Improvement.

Previously, my role at  Square BPM Inc Canada allows me to work on Global Technical Recruitment for IT Java Developers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Dev Ops, Pega Developers with priority focus for reputable Canadian Client.

Earlier, at Quattris Global - IT Managed Service Delivery Operations  is encompassed with Global IT Technical Recruitment & Project Management.

Formerly, I was pioneer of a startup call center BPO- AwanTech, where my role as General Manager HR. My responsibilities included People Operations of Recruitment, Training & Development, Client Servicing and Marketing Management.

 
Since my early career days, I  believed in experiential learning. I have worked/interned at different industries like internet technology(web dev), Engineering B2B Sales, Oil & Energy, Education Management (Academics & Recruiting), and International Sales & CSR. I have worked in Pakistan and Saudi Arabia. Likewise in Giant Corporate, SME & startups. I believe in Explore, Experience, and Excel. I ace!

Moreover, I focused my degree in Business Administration on Bi Majors: Marketing & Management Information Systems. I believe technology and people management in a marketing prism is fundamental to business leadership in this decade. Hence, I am pursing my MBA in HRM from Capital University of Science & Technology Islamabad.
 

For my inner tech geek, I have studied the SAP learning module and have had some practical exposure. One of my interests revolves around Microsoft and I have done two voluntary coursework on Microsoft, Dynamics 365 (for ERP and CRM), and also another for Microsoft Protégé. In Fall'18, I also got hands-on exposure with Salesforce; needless to say it was a Lightening Experience.

I am also a Google fanatic and am certified for Online Marketing via Google and also did Google Adwords certification in 2019.

In June 2017 I  also started my mini entrepreneurial project: Academic & Career Excellence- We are students who intend to facilitate the transition of students from academics to professionalism. This project has given me some in-depth market insights and helped me on my road to career development and leadership.

Furthermore, I possess interests in Innovation & Technology, Digital Marketing & E-Commerce, Airlines, Oil & Energy, Leadership and People Championship, Training Development,  Corporate Strategy and Education Management.

Apart from learning & development, my passions include. traveling. Maybe that's why I have had a childish crush on airlines. Also, earlier I went on a social project to Khanewal'17. It was fun to explore the natural beauty of my Punjab.  In March 2018, I was in Lahore for LUMS Consulting competition. Recently, I moved to Islamabad in 2019. 2020 allowed me to be a digital nomad. Work from Anywhere. Even conducted trainings via SKYPE & Zoom
